"Small mix-up, but they made it right"
My order came in with the wrong size gloves. Kind of frustrating at first, honestly. I sent them a message and heard back the same day, which I appreciated.
They fixed it without turning it into a whole thing. Sent the correct pair quickly too. Stuff happens, but they handled it well, so yeah, I’d order from them again

"Pretty limited customization options"
I was hoping for more ways to customize things, but the options felt limited. It didn’t really give me the flexibility I needed, so I ended up feeling a bit disappointed overall

"Fair prices, right?"
I don’t know if anyone else felt the same, but the prices seemed fair to me compared to a few other places I looked at. Nothing felt weirdly marked up or like they were trying to sneak in extra costs. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated. Overall, the price made sense for what I ordered.

"Refund was fair, just took some chasing"
I had to follow up a couple of times, which was a bit annoying, but they did end up giving me the refund. I think companies should make this kind of thing easier and do the right thing without customers having to push, but at least it was resolved in the end.

From what I remember, this works best when you’re dealing with an actual delivery problem. I had a real issue with my order, and once I explained what happened, it was easier to get the wording right and make the situation clear.

I tried to return some gear, but I was confused the whole time. The replies took a while, and when I did hear back, I still wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next. It just felt way more complicated than it needed to be

My PPE order showed up in bad shape. The box was flimsy and partly crushed, and it didn’t look like much effort went into protecting what was inside.
What bothered me most was that it felt like my concerns didn’t really matter. Maybe the actual product is okay, but after seeing how it was packed, I don’t feel confident using it. I wouldn’t order again unless they take packaging more seriously.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t thrilled about having to exchange it for a different size, but it actually went smoothly. Support got back to me quickly, and the replacement showed up sooner than I figured it would. Not something I wanted to deal with, but it was painless in the end

"Bulk orders came through like they said"
We’ve ordered PPE in bulk from productionppe.co a few times now for our crew, and it’s just been a solid experience. The boxes showed up when they were supposed to, the counts were right, and that kind of thing matters more than people think.
I had a small question before one of the orders and they got back to me fast. Nothing complicated, just one of those things where you can tell it’s handled well. I’d definitely use them again for bigger orders.

The site is okay overall, but the product info could be clearer. I kept clicking around trying to figure out the sizes, and I still wasn’t totally sure what was actually included. It just felt a little unclear in a few places, like I had to keep checking and rechecking the same stuff. It’s usable, but if you’re trying to get quick answers before ordering, it’s not the easiest. Some simpler descriptions would really help because the details just weren’t clear enough.

I ordered from productionppe.co thinking the shipping would be standard, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. There wasn’t much clear info while I was waiting either, which made it even more frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. i wish I had read the reviews first because I probably would’ve thought twice. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly...

The material actually feels really good and solid overall, so at least they got that part right. But i’m annoyed because they should’ve made that clearer from the start instead of leaving me guessing

The quality was fine, nothing terrible, but the prices felt absolutely sky-high for what it was. I was expecting something a lot more impressive, and instead it was kind of a letdown.

"Pretty Comfortable, Though I’m Not Totally Sure"
I wore the PPE for a few hours, it was mostly fine. I kept going back and forth on whether it was actually comfortable or if I just got used to it. It wasn’t painful or anything, but after a while it did start to feel a little stiff and warm. The fit was okay, I guess, not bad, but not amazing either. It definitely does what it’s supposed to do, though I do wish it were a bit softer for longer shifts.
